This year’s awards are shaped by what matters to customers

The biggest celebration of consumer technology in India is back.
More than 40,000 customers on Amazon.in weighed in through the Best in Tech Survey, sharing what they value most across smartphones, laptops and tablets, home entertainment and appliances, wearables, audio, and cameras. These responses helped shape the category framework for this year's awards, so votes are cast on what matters most to customers.

How the winners are decided

The awards follow a three-step process. Products first qualify through verified customer reviews, ratings, and purchase behaviour on Amazon.in. A jury of 10 tech experts comprising reviewers, analysts, and creators then evaluate the shortlisted nominees on real-world performance, innovation, and value. Finally, customers vote across key categories to pick the winners.
This year’s jury panel brings together some of the most trusted and respected voices in Indian tech ecosystem:
  • Deepak Dhingra - Senior Director, Brand & Content Strategy, 91mobiles
  • Soham Raninga - Executive Director, MySmartPrice
  • Nishant Padhiar - Consumer Technology expert
  • Navkendar Singh - Associate Vice President, Data & Analytics: Devices & Ecosystem, IDC
  • Tarun Pathak - Research Director, Counterpoint Research
