The third instalment of Fukrey—known for its witty dialogues and slapstick comedy—is now available globally for Prime Video customers in over 240 countries. What’s the plot of Fukrey 3?
Fukrey 3 begins with Bholi (Richa Chadha) wanting to hire the Fukras (Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh and Pankaj Tripathi) to campaign for her as she makes her entry into politics. Reluctant at first, the Fukras join in but soon come to face a major truth. Also, their entry into politics changes their interpersonal dynamic. Realising their own potential, the Fukras decide to go their own way, doing their best to escape all their foes.
What does the cast say about Fukrey 3?
“Portraying the character of Hunny in the Fukrey franchise has been a career defining role for me. According to actor Pankaj Tripathi, Fukrey 3 is a perfect entertainer which showcases the comic timing of all actors and brings their onscreen chemistry to the fore. “The camaraderie between actors was terrific on sets while shooting and it really reflected on screen,” says Tripathi.
Richa Chadha says, “Playing the powerful character of a bindaas girl Bholi Punjaban gave me a chance to command the screen with my performance. Getting back on sets for the third instalment was like a reunion for all of us as I have made a bunch of friends shooting with them over the years and they are now like my family.”
