Amazon India has unveiled Amazon Diagnostics, a new at-home diagnostics service that enables customers to book lab tests, schedule and track appointments, and access digital reports instantly from the Amazon app. With Amazon Diagnostics, customers in 6 cities across 450+ pin codes, can easily book from over 800 diagnostic tests, get doorstep sample collection in under 60 minutes and digital reports in as less as 6 hours, for routine tests.
Developed in partnership with Orange Health Labs, a leading diagnostic provider, the service will be available across Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.
The launch of Amazon Diagnostics marks a significant milestone in the company’s vision of building a fully integrated healthcare experience for its customers in India. This expansion strengthens the foundation of Amazon Medical by building on the existing service of Pharmacy and Clinic.

Amazon Clinic enables customers to consult licensed doctors for a range of primary healthcare needs through a seamless digital experience. The addition of Diagnostics brings lab testing into the same continuum of care, allowing customers to complete doctor-recommended tests from the comfort of their homes.
