    Prepare Mawa Kachori with these simple steps:

    1. Mix maida, ghee and water into a dough and set it aside for 30 minutes.
    2. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and fill it with khoya (mawa) in the centre. Flatten the balls out.
    3. In a frying pan, add some ghee and fry the dough balls till they turn golden-brown in colour.
    4. Simultaneously, take a sauce pan and heat water and sugar to prepare a sweet syrup.
    5. Take the fried mawas out of the oil. Tissue-dry them and dip into the sweet syrup before serving.

    • ½ cups of cashew nuts

    Mix all the fried ingredients together and serve hot.

    4. Transfer the syrup to a frying pan and fry the ground powder on medium heat.
    5. Add a little oil and switch off within a minute.
    6. Transfer the mixture to a plastic box and put it in the fridge to chill. Once completely cooled, take it out and make small balls out of the mixture.
    7. Pop them in anytime, anywhere!

    • 2 cloves

    • ½ inch cinnamon stick

    3. Use the same heated oil and add turmeric, cloves, cardamom, salt, bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon sticks.
    4. Proceed by adding sugar to the mixture. Fry it for around 5 minutes.
    5. Add mutton along with the fried potatoes and mix well. To this mixture, add water to prepare the gravy.
    6. Blend the ingredients together and let it boil for a good 7-10 minutes, constantly stirring the mutton.
    7. Take it off the heat and set aside for cooling.

    Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
